CytoSep Cytology Funnels are totally disposable, eliminating time consuming decontamination and cleaning. They are safe to use and reduce the risk of exposure to pathologic samples.They also decrease the possibility of cross-contamination.
This series of CytoSep Funnels is single-use. The disposable sample chambers do not need metal clips and are designed to meet any processing equipment. They are capable producing high quality thin-layer slide preparation while improving laboratory efficiency. White Filter Cards for sample volumes up to 0.5 ml.

California Pacific Lab & Consulting 8" ECO Funnel with 100mm cap adapter (Nalgene)
This 8" ECO Funnel is designed to fit a 9 liter Nalgene container with a 100mm closure. Our patented design features a latching lid with gasket to keep fumes contained. A removable large particle filter catches stir bars or other items. A detachable tube extends into the waste container to minimize chemical evaporation. The 8" version of our ECO Funnel includes an additional safety feature to prevent over-filling; a secondary air-lock tube creates a small air gap in your waste container, which causes fluid to back up temporarily into the funnel when the container is full. After the screw cap adapter is loosened, the remaining fluid will safely flow into the container and not spill.
