Insulated Containers
Insulated containers maintain a constant temperature to help protect temperature-sensitive materials during benchtop use, short- or long-term storage, or transport. Available in a variety of types, such as polyurethane boxes, chests, coolers, and mini-coolers, insulated containers can be used for enzymes, cells, reagents, and other solutions.
Specific applications include: protection from moderate and extreme ambient temperature exposure; short-term frozen or hot storage; and controlled rate freezing (approximately -1°C/minute) for cell preservation.
Insulated containers include:
- Benchtop coolers
- Dewar bottles or flasks
- Freezing containers
- Ice buckets and pans
Insulated containers are usually used for cold items, although they can also be used with cold or hot items.

The Daymark Disposable Steam Pan Liner is a disposable liner designed to fit standard 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. It is made from polyethylene film and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 200°F. The liner measures 12.25" x 20.25" x 2.5" and has a weight capacity of 7 lbs per liner. It features a food-grade, leak-resistant seam design to help keep food sanitary. The disposable liner allows for quick cleanup and disposal after use. Sold in packs of 200.

The Daymark Disposable Steam Pan Liner is a disposable liner that fits standard 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. It is made from polyethylene and has a thickness of 1.5 mils. The liners are perforated and come 200 liners per case. They provide a barrier between food and the pan to simplify cleanup. The liners are clear to allow food visibility and are approved for direct food contact. They can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 200°F. The liners are a cost-effective option to reduce the need for washing pans.
