Thomson well plates are offered in 24 and 96-well configurations with a V, U or pyramid shape bottom, and square or round wells for cell culture and analytical sample preparation. Well plates are designed to SLAS specifications and work well on automated liquid handling systems. Adhesive PCR plate seals and cap strips prevent evaporation during thermal cycling or storage. Sealing mats can be reused up to five times and achieve complete sealing with screw/clip-down hot lid thermal cyclers. All PCR Plate and Tube sealers are certified RNase/DNase-Free, Human DNA/PCR Inhibitor-Free, and non-pyrogenic.

General Purpose polypropylene film offers superior barrier properties to minimize evaporation and prevent well-to-well contamination. Recommended for general laboratory use, short-term storage, incubation and ELIZA. Provides a very secure seal to minimize evaporation and is slightly harder to remove than SealPlate films. Manufactured with polypropylene that reduces aerosols upon removal and features good chemical resistance. Specially formulated adhesive minimizes plate residue. Certified DNase and RNase free and -40·C to +120°C temperature range.
