Perkin Elmer US LLC Low Pressure Piston Seal
All PerkinElmer pumps contain a high and low pressure piston seal. In addition to the standard high pressure seal, we provide extended performance seals for more specialized requirements. The chemically resistant seal is composed of a graphite PTFE material. This seal is inert to an extended range of solvents, such as buffers. It cannot be used with high flows or pressures in excess of 3000 psi. Whenever replacing the low pressure seal, the Low Pressure Seal Back-Up Ring should also be replaced.

Each pump head system is composed of a heavy-duty pump head, cartridges, and tubing¿each with individually adjustable occlusion settings (order cartridges separately). They feature stainless steel rotors, Rulon rollers, and PSF ends. Occlusion is offset, tangential, and adjustable. For large cartridges, set tubing retainers to your tube size and you are ready to pump. Recommended for use with large cartridge 07519-75 and L/S Precision tubing sizes L/S 14. L/S 16, L/S 25, and certain formulations of L/S 17.
