Adapter has a ground glass standard taper outer joint on top and bottom that provides a convenient leak free way to connect to the OP-6602-J 2L disposable long stem filter funnels and a standard taper flask. The unique design of the long stem filter funnel and vacuum adapter makes it unnecessary to clean after each use. Hose connection is 10mm OD at the largest serration.

Adapter, TFE Compression, 1/2" OD to 3/4" NPT Male. Designed for use with Chemglass's FEP tubing. Fittings are made entirely of chemically inert corrosion resistant PTFE. Fittings: Machined from virgin Polytetrafluoroethylene. Ferrules: Ferrules are machined from virgin Polytetrafluoroethylene. The Gripper in the two piece Ferrule-Gripper assemblies are manufactured from PVDF. Nuts are molded PVDF.

Will accept glass, metal or heavy wall plastic tubes having diameters between 7 to 18mm O.D. such as thermometer wells, gas dispersion tubes, plain stem funnels, etc. Adapters are supplied complete with a Celcon compression cap and Viton o-ring.
