Mac-Mod Avantor ACE Excel C18-Amide, 100 Å, 3 µm, 3.0 x 75 mm HPLC Column
Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC guard columns are available for all 1.7 and 2 µm particle sizes across all 2.1 mm - 4.6 mm column ID - Note: H0011 connects directly to the analytical column - Guard column cartridges are available in 3-packs. For 3 and 5 µm Excel columns use same guard systems used for Avantor ACE HPLC analytical columns.
Mac-Mod Avantor ACE UltraCore SuperPhenylHexyl, 95 Å, 2.5 µm, 3.0 x 50 mm Solid-Core Column
Avantor ACE UltraCore solid-core (core-shell) particle columns are ideal for MS work offering improved signal intensity and maximum response. These columns combine high efficiency separations with low back pressure. The Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT™) greatly increases the ligand coverage of the silica surface and eliminates the effect of unbonded silanol groups on separations. This higher ligand coverage results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance and stability. Solid Core particle technology provides higher efficiencies per unit back pressure as compared to sub-2-micron UHPLC columns. Columns combine the proven advantages of UHPLC and HPLC columns with Solid Core Particle Technology. Solid-core columns can be used on both UHPLC and HPLC systems. Excellent peak shape and phases stability with extended pH. Highly inert, ultra-low bleed, designed for use with LC/MS compatible buffers. 2.5 and 5 µm particle sizes available.

Avantor Apex and Avantor Apex ll phases are recommended for routine analyses. Conventional 100 Å pore size spherical silica particle column. Narrow particle size distribution.
Mac-Mod Avantor Alltima AQ, 100 Å, 5 µm, 4.6 x 250 mm HPLC Column
vantor Alltima columns combines a range of different phase chemistries with base deactivated silica. Avantor Alltima columns provides stable bonding for long column lifetimes. Avantor Alltima columns are made of high purity silica that provide excellent column stability with multiple selectivity options.
