Biotage Sfär Bio flash columns were developed with a small particle size (20 μm) and large pore size (300 Å) to provide increased resolution and the effective separation of complex peptide mixtures. Depending on the quality of the peptides synthesized, flash chromatography can be used either as the sole method of purification or as a front end clean-up prior to RP-HPLC.These 10g Biotage Sfär Bio flash C4 columns come in a pack of 2 columns. They allow more peptide to be processed in a single injection and a reduction in solvent usage and waste. Biotage Sfär Bio offers close to prep-HPLC performance, in a flash format at a fraction of the cost. Biotage Sfär columns are available as C18 and C4 media - C4 is slightly more polar than C18, and therefore the selectivity of C4 is increased for smaller and more polar molecules
Biotage Sfär DLV Column with 25g of Silicia
Biotage DLV (Dry Load Vessel) systems provide a convenient in-line means for introducing samples. Users adsorb liquid samples onto the 25 grams of pre-packed adsorbent inside the DLV and then attach to any Biotage Sfar column or flash chromatography column with luer fittings. Biotage DLVs work well on Biotage Sfar Duo columns when larger quantities of sorbant material are needed.Come in a pack of 20. These vessels come pre-packed with 25 grams of silica gel and have approximately 25 mL of headspace to accomdate liquid loading.Compatible with Biotage DLV plunger, part number DLV-050.
