Biotage Sfär Bio C18 Duo 300 Å 20µm 100g
High performance flash chromatography is a very efficient technique to dramatically clean-up synthetic peptides. Biotage Sfär Bio flash columns were developed with a small particle size (20 μm) and large pore size (300 Å) to provide increased resolution and the effective separation of complex peptide mixtures. Depending on the quality of the peptides synthesized, flash chromatography can be used either as the sole method of purification or as a front end clean-up prior to RP-HPLC.These 100g Biotage Sfär Bio flash C18 columns come in a pack of 2 columns. They allow more peptide to be processed in a single injection and a reduction in solvent usage and waste. Biotage Sfär Bio offers close to prep-HPLC performance, in a flash format at a fraction of the cost. Biotage Sfär columns are available as C18 and C4 media - C4 is slightly more polar than C18, and therefore the selectivity of C4 is increased for smaller and more polar molecules

Biotage Sfär C18 Duo 100 Å 30µm 400g
Biotage Sfär C18 D is the column of choice when you want to increase efficiency and speed in your reverse phase separations. These high capacity columns make it possible to routinely load three times more sample than preparative HPLC. This means that a smaller column will do the job in a single injection and use less solvent along the way.Cost and time are reduced while performance is increased, thanks to spherical 30 µm well-packed silica particles and the new design of the Sfär columns that makes them even more resistant to high pressure (as high as 17 bar or 247 psi)) often generated by high performance C18 media. Also when running reverse phase, thanks to the Duo capability, you have the flexibility to choose how to load your samples, and choose from one of six different ways or use a Biotage Samplet as a guard column to prolong column life.These 400g Biotage Sfar C18 Duo columns come packaged 1 column per box.
