The Grainger 5/16"-18 Swage Stud Fittings for Wire Rope are high-strength forged steel fittings used to terminate wire rope. They feature a swaged collar design that grips the wire rope for a secure connection. The fittings have a tensile strength of 17,700 lbs and are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. They are available in stud sizes ranging from 1/4"-5/8" diameter in UNC thread sizes. The fittings meet military specification MIL-S-781 and are manufactured in the USA. They provide a reliable, heavy duty swaged connection for terminating wire rope in lifting applications.
