The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a high speed steel threading tool with a 3/16 inch shank diameter and 60 degree included angle. It has a 0.040 inch minimum minor diameter and can cut up to 8 threads per inch. The overall tool length is 3 inches and it has a TiN coating for wear resistance. The threading tool has a right hand cut direction and is made in the USA by Micro 100. It can be used on steels, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze and plastics.

The Micro 100 1/2" Shank Threading Tool is a high speed steel threading tool with a 1/2" shank diameter. It has a 60 degree threading point and can cut unified coarse, unified fine, and metric threads. The overall length is 5" and it has an American National thread size of 5/8"-11. This single point threading tool allows quick threading passes on lathes, screw machines, and CNC lathes. It features a TiN coating for increased tool life and lubricity. The Micro 100 threading tool offers accurate threading and extended tool life.
