Grainger Threading Tool 3/8 Carbide
The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a high speed steel threading tool with a 3/8" shank diameter and 16 TPI. It has a 60 degree threading point and can cut unified coarse right hand threads. The overall tool length is 3-1/2" and it has a 5/8" adjustment range. This single point threading tool is good for production threading applications in common materials.
Grainger Thread Mill Carbide
The Micro 100 16R774 is a 1/4" diameter, 3/4" long, 4 flute carbide thread mill with a TiAlN coating. It has a right hand spiral flute and can cut 60 degree threads from 10-56 to 1/4-20. The overall length is 3.75" and it has a 1/4" shank. This thread mill is made in the USA out of micrograin carbide with titanium aluminum nitride coating for wear resistance when cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and other materials. It can be run at speeds up to 2000 SFM.
Grainger Threading Tool 5/16 Carbide
The Grainger 5/16"-24 external threading die is made of high speed steel with a bright finish. It has 24 threads per inch and can thread materials up to 1/2" diameter. The die has a split design for easy starting and adjustable width. It comes with a plastic box for storage and has an overall length of 1-1/2". The die is manufactured in the USA and ideal for hand threading operations on lathes, mills, drill presses and more.
