The color meter PCE-CSM 3 was developed for quality control and offers a very high accuracy. When using the color meter, you can choose between different color spaces (CIE L*a*b*C*h, CIE L*a*b*). After a measurement with the color meter, the reading can be used as a reference value while other readings can be recorded as a sample and later be compared to the reference value easily. In addition to the individual color space coordinates, the deviation between the reading is also displayed. When using the color meter, it is possible to store up to 100 reference values and up to 20,000 samples on the device. The measured data can also be transferred to a PC via the USB interface. A special PC software is included in the package.

Illuminometer with external probe / Sampling rate 4 Hz / Measuring range 0 ... 400 kLux / Micro-USB interface / Units: lux, footcandle. The illuminometer has additional functions so that an analysis of the illuminance can be carried out. With the additional functions of the illuminometer the largest and smallest measured value can be output using the "MIN" and "MAX" buttons. In addition, the displayed measured value can be set in relation to a reference using the "REL" button. With the "PEAK" function, the illuminometer records peak values. The illuminometer has a sampling rate of 10 µs. The PCE-LMD 10 also has a data memory of 32,000 measured values. The measured values from the illuminometer can be read out and analyzed on the PC after a measurement. A live measurement on the PC with the illuminometer is also possible. The data from the illuminometer can be exported in CSV format for further processing.

Cooked Meat Medium with Glucose, Hemin, and Vitamin K is an enriched formulation designed for cultivating fastidious and obligate anaerobic bacteria. Each tube contains nutrient broth and sterilized beef heart tissue particles supplemented with glucose, hemin, and vitamin K1. The meat particles act as natural reducing agents that lower the oxidation reduction potential, creating an environment suitable for anaerobic growth. Glucose provides a readily available energy source that promotes rapid metabolic activity, while hemin and vitamin K serve as essential growth factors required by many anaerobic pathogens.
