Mitegen Ethane Cryostat System, Cryostat and Temperature Controller, For MiTeGen Plunge Cooler
The MiTeGen Ethane Cryostat System consists of a cryostat and temperature controller. Designed for use with the MiTeGen Plunge Cooler. The cryostat is designed to provide temperature-controlled liquid ethane, for reproducible vitrification of biological and material samples for cryogenic electron microscopy (Cryo EM). The Ethane Cryostat consists of the Cryostat dewar, dewar foam lid, ethane cup, grid holder ring which can hold 4 grid boxes and the ethane cup. The cryostat is compatible with the MiTeGen Cryo Plunger or the ThermoFisher™ Vitrobot™. Cryostat can be used without the Temperature Controller if desired. The Temperature Controller works with the Ethane Cryostat to regulate the temperature of the liquid ethane in the Cryostat. Power supply rates for input power 100-240VAC 50-60Hz. Comes with power cord.
