Elliptical Bump Trap, Rotary Evaporator, 24/40 Top Outer Jt, 24/40 Lower Inner Jt. Rotary evaporator bump trap is used between the vapor tube and evaporation flask on a rotary evaporator to prevent contents of the flask from being drawn into the condenser in the event of “bumping”. Unique elliptical shape provides large trap volume while decreasing the overall length when compared to standard spherical designs. His allows the use of larger recovery flasks in a rotary evaporator. Traps have a 24/40 top outer joint and the listed size of lower inner joint.
As One International Inc 10x Standard Buffer, Magnesium free, 10 x 1.5 ml
Standard Buffer is a traditional potassium buffer and has high specificity. However, optimization of primer annealing temperatures and magnesium concentration is required. Magnesium free buffers are recommended if you want to optimize the magnesium concentration.

11 Well Evaporator/Concentrator Manifold, Replaceable Needles. Manifold is a low cost solution for the concentration of product in 96, 48 or 24 well blocks. Delivers equal amounts of gas to each well to gently speed solvent evaporation. Needles are constructed of stainless steel. The 11 well units have removable/replaceable needles. Manifold is constructed of polypropylene and the base is coated aluminum. Equipped with an adjustable flow meter for controlling gas flow into the manifold. Inlet is a 1/8” barbed fitting.Note: Blocks are not included and must be purchased separately.
