Chemglass Life Sciences PEEK Compression Cap, 25.4mm
Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing for use under moderate vacuum. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) compression cap, PTFE Insert/bushing and a Nylon loosening nut. The PTFE insert/bushing provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Supplied complete with a Perfluoro o-ring on the body and a Viton o-ring on the bushing.

19mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with 3-Jaw Jacobs Chuck. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 19mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck. Male Upper Coupling is 3/8". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 10in Diameter, Fits 25.4mm Shaft Size, 60¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 25.4mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 60¿ impeller angles. The 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. 25.4mm PTFE Flake Retaining Cup. Cup is designed to catch all flaking that occurs with PTFE stirrer bearings. Made entirely of PTFE, the complete item consists of a compression fitting, deep perforated PTFE cup and a 50 micron porosity PTFE filter disc.

8" Upper Agitator Assembly 30mm Shaft, Improved. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 30mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 in 75 and 100L reactors. The 45¿ angle impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. The upper agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned wherever the indents are along the 30mm shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. Heavy-duty blades are 6.5mm thick.

Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.
