Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Chem-Stir, Complete, 10mm, 24/40 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use under moderate vacuum applications. The bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having an inner joint, a set of PTFE washer style bearings, a stainless steel spring, nylon alignment ring and Celcon compression cap. The unique design of this bearing provides hours of continuous vacuum operation, with a minimum of "flaking" of the PTFE bearing surfaces.PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

Stirrer Bearing, Macro, Glass, with tooled Lubricant Cup, for 10mm Shaft, 24/40 Inner Joint. Similar to CG-2070 but with a tooled lubricant cup at the top of the bearing to hold an increased amount of lubricant. NOTE: Not for use with CG-2078 or CG-2079 polished stirrer shafts.

Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing for use under moderate vacuum. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) compression cap, PTFE Insert/bushing and a Nylon loosening nut. The PTFE insert/bushing provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Supplied complete with a Perfluoro o-ring on the body and a Viton o-ring on the bushing.

10mm Trubore glass bearing with 35/20, 35/25 spherical joint. Bearing is for use with aluminum packing box in low positive pressure and vacuum applications. Using the graphite-impregnated PTFE packing and ACE Stir-Lube, pressures down to 7 microns have been obtained at 170rpm, using only a mechanical pump. Speeds over 1000rpm are not advisable due to heat generated. Indefinite packing life. Frequent tightening of the packing box is unnecessary once the packing has run in. The high vacuum lubricant trap adapter prevents lubricant from running into stirred material. Use with precision ground, 10mm stirring shaft.

10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PEEK/PTFE Stabilizer, PTFE, 29/42 Joint Size. Chem-Vac PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL. Two versions of the bearing are available, the standard series for 2L and smaller vessel capacities and the stabilizer series that incorporates a PEEK/PTFE stabilizing bushing that is molded to the lower portion of the inner joint. The stabilizer greatly reduces stirrer shaft whip on larger vessels. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK Compression spring, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. PLEASE NOTE: PTFE STIRRER SHAFTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THIS BEARING.
