Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 10in Diameter, Fits 25.4mm Shaft Size, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 25.4mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 45¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. Chemglass Life Sciences Vortexing Marine Style Impeller Blade for 15L Bio Reactors used with 15mm Shaft
Marine style impeller blades are available in two styles, Vortexing and Scoping. The 3 through 7 liter sizes fit the 8mm shaft of the agitator assembly, while the 15 liter size fits the 15mm Shaft size. CLS-1385-36 and CLS-1385-37 are for use with CLS-1385-35 agitator assembly. These blades are used primarily for mammalian cell culture work. Stainless steel components manufactured from 316L with an electropolished surface finish of 20Ra or better.Like-for-like replacement parts for Applikon Biotechnology and Broadley-James brands of bioreactors. Many fractures in feline and small canine patients are too small for the 2.0mm DCP and the 2.7mm CDP is too large.The difference between these plates is enormous compared to the difference between 2.7 and 3.5 CDPs. The AMI (resistance to bending) of the 2.7 CDP is 20 times stiffer than the 2.0 DCP. The AMI of the 2.4 DCP is 10 times that of the 2.0 DCP.The solution is a 2.4 series of plates and screws. The plates in both size and strength are midway between 2.0 and 2.7 DCPs. The range and specifications are shown below. The standard 1.5mm hex screwdriver (used for 1.5 and 2.0 screws) is required. The pilot drill is 1.8mm and dedicated instrumentation such as load/neutral guides are also available.

10" Diameter Upper Agitator, PTFE, Improved. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 30mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 in 75 and 100L reactors. The 45 angle impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. The upper agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned wherever the indents are along the 30mm shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. Heavy-duty blades are 6.5mm thick. PLEASE NOTE: THE LOWER AGITATOR HAS BUSHING TO ACCEPT A STABILIZING PIN FROM CG-1968-Q-02. THE PIN EXTENDS INTO THE LOWER AGITATOR AND VIRTUALLY ELIMINATES ANY WHIPPING BY STABILIZING THE STIRRER SHAFT.
