The Grainger 16X366 is a 16-inch diameter, 366-inch long, 0.125-inch thick, uncoated, cold rolled steel bar stock. It has a tensile strength of 70,000 psi, yield strength of 38,000 psi, and Rockwell B hardness of 79. The bar stock is available in 20 foot lengths and can be cut to specified lengths. It meets ASTM A108 standards for cold finished carbon steel bars. The carbon content is 0.10-0.15%. It has good machinability and weldability. Common applications include shafts, fixtures, bases, brackets, levers, and supports. It offers versatility for machining, welding, and fabrication.
