Primary Dermal Fibroblast; Normal, Human, Adult (HDFa) is a skin cell line with research applications in responding to pathogens, skin aging, wound healing, gene delivery, and skin diseases, including scleroderma. When grown in Fibroblast Basal Media supplemented with Fibroblast Growth Kit components, it provide an ideal cell system to propagate dermal fibroblasts in either serum-free or low serum conditions.

SK-N-DZ are neuroblasts that were isolated from the brain of a 2-year-old, White female patient with neuroblastoma. It has applications in immunology and neuroscience.
ATCC REC-1; Mantle Cell Lymphoma; Human (Homo sapiens)
REC-1 is a lymphoblast cell line isolated in 2003 from the lymph node of a 57-year-old male with mantle cell lymphoma. The human B-cell line Rec-1 was established from a t(11;14)(q13;q32) bearing lymphoma. It can be used for immunology research.
New England Biolabs, Inc. dam-/dcm- Competent E. coli – 20 x 0.05 ml/tube
Methyltransferase deficient chemically competent E. coli cells suitable for growth of plasmids free of Dam and Dcm methylation. Note that dam- strains are not recommended as a host for primary cloning/ligation. The dam mutation can result in an increased mutation rate in the cell and a reduction in the transformation efficiency. DNA should be maintained in a dam+ strain unless there is a specific need for DNA free of Dam or Dcm methylation.
