ATCC Synthetic Hepatitis B; virus DNA
Quantitative synthetic DNA for Hepatitis B virus can be used for assay development, verification, and validation as well as monitoring of day-to-day test variation and lot-to-lot performance of molecular-based assays. The quantitative format allows for the generation of a standard curve for quantitative PCR (qPCR) to determine viral load. This preparation includes fragments from the highly conserved precore, core, P, S, and X regions.

Eurofins Discoverx PathHunter HepG2 STAT3 Pathway Reporter Cell Line, 2 vials. (93-1144C44)
The PathHunter HepG2 STAT3 Pathway Reporter Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) affecting the STAT3 pathway. This cell line enables assessment of STAT3 pathway stimulation based on changes in the expression of a STAT3 response element-driven reporter protein. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line expresses ProLabel-tagged reporter protein under the control of a STAT3 pathway-inducible transcriptional response element. Pathway activation induces expression of the ProLabel-tagged protein, allowing detection of EFC signal upon addition of EA-containing detection reagent. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, User Manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/pathways.

ACROBiosystems HEK293/Human FAP Stable Cell Line
FAP (also known as seprase) is a Type II transmembrane serine protease. Both plasma membrane and soluble forms exhibit post-proline cleaving endopeptidase activity, with a marked preference for Ala/Ser-Gly-Pro-Ser/Asn/Ala consensus sequences. Degrade also gelatin, heat-denatured type I collagen. Also has dipeptidyl peptidase activity, with a preference for Ala-Pro, Ile-Pro, Gly-Pro, Arg-Pro and Pro-Pro. The plasma membrane form, in association with either DPP4, PLAUR or integrins, is involved in the pericellular proteolysis of the extracellular matrix (ECM), and hence promotes cell adhesion, migration and invasion through the ECM. Promotes glioma cell invasion through the brain parenchyma by degrading the proteoglycan brevican. Acts as a tumor suppressor in melanocytic cells through regulation of cell proliferation and survival in a serine protease activity-independent manner.
