Additional documentation and high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles and CMV status) are available upon request. ACDA is added as an anticoagulant. Six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of the prostate 1 (STEAP1) is an integral membrane protein that is highly up-regulated on the cell surface of several human cancers, making it a promising therapeutic target to manage these diseases. It shares sequence homology with three enzymes (STEAP2-STEAP4) that catalyze the NADPH-dependent reduction of iron(III). Taking into account its high specificity and overexpression in human cancers, STEAP1 is nowadays a promising candidate to be imposed as a therapeutic target.

This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. prostaglandin F2a) based activation of PTGFR GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses PTGFR alongside endogenous high levels of the promiscuous G protein, Gα15, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of PTGFR, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. The cell line included overexpresses PRMT3 target protein fused to ProLabel. In the absence of compound that binds and stabilizes the target, this protein is degraded and no EFC signal is produced. When compound engages and stabilizes the target, EA contained in the detection reagent produces EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Montana Molecular Borealis Arrestin V2R Assay - 10mL
Measure arrestin signaling kinetics in real time with the live cell, fluorescent Borealis arrestin - Vasopressin Receptor (V2R) assay. Add the unmodified V2R receptor and Borealis sensor to cells and measure robust signals the next day on an automated plate reader or fluorescence imaging system. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the arrestin sensor BacMam, V2R BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (AT1R BacMam and 5mM Angiotensin II in H2O). Borealis kits for several other receptors are also available, and larger-sized kits are available on request. Other Montana Molecular tools including the cADDis cAMP sensor can be used alongside this assay.
