The PathHunter mCCR9 cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. CCL25) based activation of mCCR9 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged mCCR9 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of mCCR9 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Please note that this product expresses the Mouse version of this protein. pK18mobsacB is a cloning vector allowing mobilization into a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. It is distributed in Escherichia coli SCS110. Excision of the intervening plasmid sequence by a double cross-over event can be facilitated by the selection of medium containing 10% sucrose.
