Quantitative genomic DNA from Staphylococcus aureus with ATCC 16S Tag 3 can be used for assay development, verification, and validation as well as monitoring of day-to-day test variation and lot-to-lot performance of molecular-based assays. The quantitative format allows for the generation of a standard curve for quantitative PCR (qPCR) to determine bacterial load. The synthetic Tag 3 allows for use as a spike-in control. The KILR Jurkat TIM3 cell line is a stable, engineered target cell line to measure direct cell death mediated by immunooncology treatments (e.g. checkpoint inhibitors, checkpoint agonists, bispecifics, CAR-T, and more) via Antibody Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC), Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC), and Antibody Dependent Cell Phagocytosis (ADCP). This product uses EFC technology. The cell line overexpresses a ProLabel- tagged housekeeping gene as well as untagged TIM3. Upon effector cells-mediated cell lysis, ProLabel is released to the media, where EA in the detection kit produces an EFC signal proportional to the level of ProLabel released. This allows for calculation of percent lysis of the KILR cell line. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
