Phoenix-AMPHO is an epithelial-like cell that was isolated from the kidney of a patient. This cell line was deposited by G Nolan in 1996 and can be used in vaccine development.
ATCC ROUS ASSOCIATED VIRUS - A, Strain RAV-1 Retrovirus, Avian
Rous associated virus-A (Avian leukosis-A) strain RAV-1 is propagated in chicken embryo fibroblasts. This strain was isolated from a chicken fibrosarcoma. RAV-1 is one of the helper viruses for the Bryan high-titer RSV.

Bordetella holmesii strain CIP 104395 was isolated from the dog bit wound of a human in California. This bacterial strain is grown in a 5% CO2 atmosphere on heart infusion medium with 5% rabbit blood.

The PathHunter mCXCR2 (IL8RB) cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. CXCL8/IL-8) based activation of mCXCR2 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged mCXCR2 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of mCXCR2 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Please note that this product expresses the Mouse version of this protein.
