Eurofins Discoverx InCELL Hunter A549 SIK1 Kinase Binding Cell Line, 2 vials. (96-0051C15)
The InCELL Hunter A549 SIK1 Kinase Binding Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying small molecule drug candidates that engage with kinases. This cell line enables assessment of compound-engagement-based stabilization of SIK1 via detection of SIK1 levels. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses SIK1 target protein fused to ProLabel. In the absence of compound that binds and stabilizes the target, this protein is denatured by the heat treatment and no EFC signal is produced. When compound engages and heat-stabilizes the target, EA contained in the detection reagent produces EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, User Manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/kinases.

Eurofins Discoverx PathHunter CHO-K1 CCKBR β-Arrestin Cell Line, 2 vials. (93-0191C2)
The PathHunter CCKBR cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. cholecystokinin) based activation of CCKBR GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged CCKBR and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of CCKBR stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, User Manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/gpcr.

BioChain's tissue arrays or tissue microarrays (TMAs) are a useful tool in biomarker research and drug target validation. It consists of paraffin blocks that are assembled in array fashion to allow multiplex histological analysis. BioChain's TMAs provide a valuable tool for analysis of protein, RNA, or DNA molecules in oncology, both the malignant and metastatic markers. TMAs can also be constructed with tissues from other diseases and species.
