Eurofins Discoverx PathHunter EBI2 Total Internalization U2OS Cell Line, 2 vials. (93-0910C3)
The PathHunter EBI2 Total Internalization cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) affecting GPCR activation and internalization. This cell line uses EFC technology to measure ligand-induced internalization of EBI2 via detection of localization to the early endosome. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged EBI2 and an EA-tagged early endosome protein. Upon ligand-induced receptor activation, resulting internalization of the EBI2 receptor to the early endosome leads to production of EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, User Manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/gpcr.

BioChain's tissue arrays or tissue microarrays (TMAs) are a useful tool in biomarker research and drug target validation. It consists of paraffin blocks that are assembled in array fashion to allow multiplex histological analysis. BioChain's TMAs provide a valuable tool for analysis of protein, RNA, or DNA molecules in oncology, both the malignant and metastatic markers. TMAs can also be constructed with tissues from other diseases and species.

ATCC MOLT-4; Leukemia; Human (Homo sapiens)
MOLT-4 is a T lymphoblast cell line derived from the same patient as the MOLT-3 cell line (ATCC CRL-1552). The line was established from cells taken from a 19-year-old, male patient with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in relapse. This cell line can be used in immunology and immune system disorder research.

ATCC WiDr; Colon Adenocarcinoma; Human (Homo sapiens)
WiDr is a cell line exhibiting epithelial morphology that was thought to originally be isolated from the colon of a female patient with colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer. However, DNA fingerprinting has shown this line to be a derivative of HT-29 (ATCC HTB-38). This cell line was deposited by P Noguchi.

Eurofins Discoverx Ready-to-Assay GAL1 Galanin Receptor Frozen Cells, 2 Vials of Cells. (HTS094RTA)
The Ready-to-Assay GAL1 Galanin Receptor Frozen Cells are a simple, thaw-and-assay cell format for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This assay assesses ligand (e.g. galanin) based activation of GALR1 GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses GALR1 alongside endogenous high levels of a promiscuous G-protein, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of GALR1, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. Ready-to-assay kits consist of two vials of the stably modified clonal cell line in a convenient thaw-and-use format. For detailed product information, User manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/products-applications/frozen-cells.
