A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A H3N2 (A/Massachusetts/18/2022)/(A/Darwin/9/2021)/(A/Darwin/6/2021) Nucleoprotein (EPI2096141 & EPI1884976 & EPI2604120) (Met1-Asn498) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
