Sabouraud Dextrose Agar is used for the cultivation of pathogenic and nonpathogenic fungi such as dermatophytes and can be more selective with the addition of antimicrobics. Each lot of media from MOLTOX is tested for sterility, where applicable, and its ability to support the growth of the appropriate microorganism. All media are accompanied by GLP-compliant formulation and Quality Control certificate.

Dissolve 32 grams in 1 Liter distilled water. Adjust the pH to 7.2 Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
