The Super PiggyBac Transposase Expression Vector from System Biosciences is a plasmid vector that expresses the hyperactive PiggyBac transposase gene for efficient transposon-mediated gene delivery and stable integration in mammalian cells. This vector contains the CMV promoter to drive strong expression in mammalian cells. The PiggyBac transposase catalyzes the movement of a gene of interest flanked by PiggyBac inverted terminal repeats into the host genome for stable transgene integration and expression.
