HyperScribe™ T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit performs in vitro RNA transcription experiment in a relatively short time using T7 RNA polymerase. The kit is designed for high yields of RNA transcripts, highly specific radiolabeled RNA probes and to obtain capped, dye-labeled or biotinylated RNA incorporated modified nucleotides. RNA synthesized using this kit covers a wide range of applications, such as in vitro translation, antisense RNA and RNAi experiments, RNA vaccines, RNA structure and function studies, ribozyme biochemistry, RNase protein experiments and probe-based hybridization blots. The kit contains sufficient reagents to carry out 25/50/100 reactions, 20 l each time. Up to 180 g of RNA can be generated with 1 g of control template per standard reaction. Zyagen Total RNA is routinely extracted from freshly harvested normal healthy tissues of single donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate–phenol:chloroform extraction method which allows the rapid isolation of total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA, precisely quantified, and stored at -80oC. The Quick-RNA Miniprep Plus Kit is designed for the easy, reliable, and rapid isolation of DNA-free RNA from cells, all tissue types, whole blood, and biological fluids. The provided DNA/RNA Shield stabilizes samples, allowing them to be stored without the need for immediate freezing or processing for up to one month. Furthermore, DNA/RNA Shield™ inactivates RNases as well as microbial pathogens (viruses, bacteria, etc.). The procedure combines a unique buffer system with Zymo-Spin Column technology to yield high quality total RNA (including small RNAs 17-200 nt). Simply add DNA/RNA Shield and Proteinase K to extract total RNA from any tissue, then purify the RNA using the Zymo-Spin Column.
