Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF555 Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining.
Biotium CF647 Tyramide
CF dye tyramide conjugates can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA), which is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid in situ. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF647 dye has excitation/emission at 650/665 nm.
Biotium CF405L Succinimidyl Ester
CF Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes. SE dyes are commonly used to label antibodies and other proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. 405 nm-excitable green fluorescent CF405L dye has excitation/emission at 395/545 nm.
Biotium 5-TAMRA-PEO3-amine
5-TAMRA-PEO3-amine (Tetramethylrhodamine-PEO3-amine) has a long water-soluble PEG spacer separating the dye and the amine functional group. The dye can be coupled to activated carboxy groups or sulfonyl chlorides.
