Rabbit Interleukin 1 Alpha ELISA Kit - This kit is for the determination of Rabbit Interleukin 1 Alpha in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . IL1a present in samples reacts with an anti-Rabbit IL1a capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After washing, an anti-IL1a detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active IL1a. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Rabbit IL1a.
