Use this assay to express the human Oxytocin receptor in your cells of interest. BacMam packaging provides efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in primary or iPSC-derived cells. Importantly, BacMam expression is easily titrateable to suit your experimental needs. This tool can be co-expressed with Montana Molecular's assays for DAG, Calcium, or arrestin to investigate signaling dynamics or receptor activation at the OTR receptor.
