The EasySep™ Mouse Pan-Naïve T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection. The EasySep™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit II isolates highly purified CD11b+ cells from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, lungs, brains or other tissues by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibodies and magnetic particles, and isolated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube. Isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments.This product replaces the EasySep™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18770) for even faster cell isolations and does not result in the labeling of isolated cells with PE.

STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit without CD16 Depletion, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit without CD16 Depletion is designed to isolate monocytes and CD14+CD16+ monocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. The CD14+CD16+ subset of monocytes (~10% in blood of healthy individuals) has characteristics of tissue macrophages and expands greatly in acute and chronic inflammatory disease. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-monocyte cells and magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. The labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. For applications in which removal of all CD16+ cells is desired, we recommend the EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit (/products/easysep-human-monocyte-isolation-kit.html) (Catalog #19359), which contains anti-CD16.
