The EasySep™ Human ILC2 enrichment kit is designed to enrich Group 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC2s) from leukapheresis products by immunomagnetic negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal by Tetrameric Antibody Complexes directed against non-ILC2s and dextran-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™). Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Unwanted cells remain in the tube as desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry and cell sorting.

The EasySep™ Release Mouse PE Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate cells that are labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies from mouse tissue by immunomagnetic positive selection.Desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube. Then, bound magnetic particles are removed from the EasySep™-isolated, PE-antibody labeled cells, which are immediately available for downstream applications. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD19 antigen is expressed on mature B cells and B cell progenitors but is lost upon maturation to plasma cells. It is also expressed on follicular dendritic cells.
