The NEBNext Flu A Integrated Indexing Primer Module is a curated set of 48 universal Influenza A RT-PCR primer pairs, pre-mixed and pre-plated for use in cDNA synthesis, amplification, and library preparation upstream of Oxford Nanopore Technolgies sequencing (or Illumina sequencing, with protocol modifications). The primers' indexing tails allow for integrated indexing multi-segment (iiMS) RT-PCR, minimizing the impact of sequence variants on primer efficacy. The module enables indexed sequencing of Influenza A genomes from a variety of sources. This module is intended for research use only.
