Introduction: Serratia marcescens nuclease originates from Gram negative bacteria S. marcescens and heads a family of homological non-specific nucleases that are widely spread in the world. Principle: The Endonuclease Serratia marcescens (FastNuclease) ELISA is a competitive immunoassay for the determination of Serratia endonuclease in sample.
