This antibody duet provides a means to assess the activation status of eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha (eIF2α). Each kit includes one phospho-specific and one total protein rabbit monoclonal antibody, both selected for superior performance in specified applications.
- Contains 100 μL each of phospho-eIF2α (Ser51) and total eIF2α rabbit monoclonal antibodies.
- Validated for use in Western blotting, fluorescent western, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and immunoprecipitation (agarose and magnetic).
- Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and less than 0.02% sodium azide.
- Antibodies produced by immunization with synthetic phosphopeptides or purified recombinant protein fragments.
