The Tough-Spots labels on a roll are specially designed to be used for 2.0 mL tubes. The labels are resistant against chemicals and temperatures from -196C to 80C. This product can be put on several surfaces like most plastics, glass, vinyl, and metals. Any marking instrument can also be utilized to write on these labels. This product has a diameter of 1/2". It is sold in a pack of 1000 blue labels.

Cryo-babies and Cryo-tags pre-cut chemically inert, polyolefin cryogenic storage labels resist most organic solvents and caustic agents. Labels will accept any marking instrument, and easily peel off backing sheet for application. They adhere to most plastics, glass, and metals without cracking, peeling, or degrading. Temperature-resistant from -196 to 100C, withstand boiling water baths, moderate oven temperatures (150C), autoclaving, and extreme freezer temperatures (liquid and vapor phase nitrogen). Label sheets are specially top-coated to readily accept laser printing. Heat-resistant, stay-flat sheets will not jam in laser printers. Ideally sized, they will fit a wide variety of cryovials, microtubes, storage boxes and other containers. Rainbow packs include four sheets of each color: blue, green, orange, red and yellow. Tough Tags are pre-cut, peel-off labels that fit micro-tubes and a variety of other containers in research laboratories. Labels are manufactured from chemically inert polyester with strong adhesion properties. The labels adhere to all plastics and withstand steam autoclaving, boiling water baths, freezer temperatures, organic solvents, and caustic agents. Not recommended for use with liquid nitrogen. Tough-Tags are made of a special smear resistant material and will accept any marking instrument.

Use these high temperature labels for the identification of various containers and surfaces for autoclaving and dry heat sterilization.
Apply them to metal, plastic, and glass surfaces. They will withstand autoclave sterilization cycles at 132 deg C at 30psi pressure.
These labels and their print will survive high temperature exposures and are ideal for identifying containers and surfaces that need to be sterilized inside autoclaves, dry-heat sterilizing equipment and gamma irradiators.
