The district's U.S. Communities Discount of 32% off of catalog list prices is reflected upon logging in. Please note the following when using this Web site:

• Direct technical Web site questions to the Fisher Scientific Web Support Group at 1-877-885-2081 or fishersupport@thermofisher.com.
• Do not change your password. If your password needs to be re-activated, please instruct the Web Support Group to reset it to the originally assigned password.
• Do not place orders for live materials through the Web site. Live material orders have special delivery needs. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-955-1177 to order live materials and schedule delivery. Live materials will incur freight charges since the materials need to be shipped via overnight parcel (i.e. FedEx).
• Freight will not be charged to your order, even if a freight charge appears in your shopping cart or order confirmation. You will be charged for live, hazardous, and motor freight items per the U.S. Communities contract.
