This protein has a molecular weight of approximately 200 kDa and is supplied as a lyophilized powder containing 0.1 mg protein. PAPP-A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques and is greater than 95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE. This product is intended for laboratory research use only and is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. MyBioSource provides COAs for each product lot to verify identity and purity. This PAPP-A protein can be used in activity assays and as an immunogen.
