DKM 2-93 is a covalent, relatively selective inhibitor of UBA5 that impairs pancreatic cancer cell survival by modifying the enzyme's catalytic cysteine. It inhibits UBA5 with an IC50 of 430 μM and demonstrates cellular activity in pancreatic cancer cell lines and in vivo tumor models.
