3-D-Life SG-PVA, PVA polymer component for slow-gelling hydrogels (3 x 170 ul). INTRO: 3-D Life technology, manufactured in Germany by Cellendes GmbH, is an integrated system for the generation of hydrogels used in 3D cell culture. 3-D Life represents the most flexible system for biomimetic hydrogel design, from pre-configured gels to single components for individual gel compositions. DESCRIPTION: 3-D Life SG-PVA is a component of the 3-D Life Hydrogel system. It contains polyvinyl alcohol functionalized with thiol-reactive groups (SG-PVA). It can be used together with PEG-Link (Cat. No. L50-1 or L50-3) or CD-Link (Cat. No. L60-1 or L60-3) to set up slow gelling, cell-compatible hydrogels. 10x CB (pH 7.2) buffer allows control of pH and osmotic conditions during gel formation in the presence of cells. QUANTITY: Allows formation of up to 6 ml 3-D Life Hydrogel depending on the stiffness of the gel, if used together with thiol-functionalized polymers (3-D Life PEG-Link or CD-Link).
