Cell Biolabs' AAV-6 Helper Free Packaging System uses a Helper plasmid to eliminate the need for a helper virus in the packaging process. The system contains two packaging vectors (pHelper a Rep-Cap vector) and a GFP control vector that can be used to make a GFP reporter virus. The system does not include a cloning vector, but may be used with the pAAV expression vector of your choice.
