Acoramidis (AG10) hydrochloride is an orally active and selective kinetic stabilizer of both wild-type (WT) and V122I-TTR (transthyretin). It is utilized in studies related to transthyretin amyloidosis.

- Exhibits minimal inhibition of common off-targets, such as the potassium ion channel hERG (IC50 > 100 μM) and cytochrome P450 isozymes (IC50 > 50 μM), indicating low toxicity.
- In Wistar rats, an oral gavage of 50 mg/kg/d for 28 days showed a plasma Cmax of ~40 μM with no pathological processes in liver, kidney, heart, spleen, thymus, and lung.
