Air-operated flush bottom drain valve designed for 10 L-50 L reactors with a 2 in beaded pipe connection. The valve is held closed by spring tension and opens when air pressure is applied. Supplied as a complete kit with an air control panel, two regulators, a mounting bracket, tubing, and fittings. Suitable for solvent extractions and controlled drain operations; not recommended for slurries or viscous materials.
- Constant spring tension prevents leakage during low-temperature reactions.
- Air-operated for rapid, controlled opening and closing.
- Secondary regulator provides 4 psi safety backup.
- Wetted parts of PTFE with 316L stainless steel shaft for corrosion resistance.
