Supplier: Bachem 4026282.0500
Annexin A1 (1-25) (dephosphorylated) (human) Trifluoroacetate, Ac-Ala-Met-Val-Ser-Glu-Phe-Leu-Lys-Gln-Ala-Trp-Phe-Ile-Glu-Asn-Glu-Glu-Gln-Glu-Tyr-Val-Gln-Thr-Val-Lys-OH, 151988-33-9, C141H210N32O44S, Mr 3089.47, 0.5mg. Lipocortin-1 (2-26), Annexin-1 (2-26) (human), Calpactin II (1-25) (dephosphorylated) (human), Ac2-26. Annexin A1 (AnxA1) N-terminal-derived peptide, also known as Ac2-26, mimics the antiinflammatory effects of AnxA1. Ac2-26 can activate all three formyl peptide receptor family members FPR, FPR-like (FPRL)1 and FPRL2 at similar concentations. It represents the first endogenous ligand for FPRL2. In myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury experiments the peptide showed cardioprotective effects. Understanding the underlying mechanism may help developing novel therapeutics for acute cardioprotection.
