Clone 2H7 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with CD20, an ~35 kDa non-glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein in the MS4A protein family. Verified for use with flow cytometry assays, use this antibody in applications requiring the detection of human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD20. By associating with several proteins, CD20 is involved in initiating intracellular signaling pathways that modulate the activation, proliferation, and differentiation of B cells. CD20 is thought to form multi-subunit ion channels that regulate calcium ion flux across the plasma membrane.
