The 1B1.3A monoclonal antibody targets mouse IL-10R (IL-10 receptor), also known as CD210. This class II cytokine receptor is found on various cell types including thymocytes, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, and macrophages. This neutralizing antibody blocks human IL-10 binding, which cross-reacts with mouse IL-10R, but does not recognize human IL-10R.
