The Bio X Cell InVivoPlus anti-mouse Ly6G/Ly6C (Gr-1) monoclonal antibody, clone RB6-8C5, is a rat-derived antibody. It strongly reacts with mouse Ly6G and weakly with Ly6C (previously GR-1), both GPI-anchored cell surface proteins of the myeloid lineage. This antibody effectively marks mature granulocytes and peripheral neutrophils.
